Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 96c website or mobile platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. They are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users.
You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of the 96c platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 96c reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time for legal reasons.
Account Creation & Security
To open an account on 96c, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure.
Always keep your login credentials, password, and OTP confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is entirely your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, change your password immediately and notify the support team.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
User Obligations
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
- Place bets only in your own name and for your own account.
- Verify your balance before every transaction.
- Abide by all platform guidelines at all times.
Prohibited Activities
- Participating in fraud, deception, or any unlawful activity.
- Using automated software or bots to place bets.
- Stealing another user's information or acting against other users.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 96c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals. It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of each transaction.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to the platform, except in cases of technical error. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours after verification. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with platform guidelines.
96c reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of suspicious activity or suspected money laundering. Additional verification may be requested from the user in such situations.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
96c reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation or fraud is found.
- If a user operates multiple accounts or provides false information.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through unauthorized software or manipulation.
- In compliance with directives from law enforcement authorities.
For the refund of any valid balance upon account closure, please contact the support team.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and data on the 96c platform are protected under 96c's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes.
96c is not liable for any loss arising from technical disruptions, network issues, or third-party service failures. Any gains or losses from betting or gaming are the result of the user's own decisions.
Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
96c uses third-party services on its platform, including payment gateways. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. 96c is not responsible for the quality or failure of any third-party service.
96c may update these Terms at any time. Revised terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or disagreement will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
